Custom handmade tile from Chris McCormick will enhance any decor. I can provide creative options for bathrooms, kitchens, fireplace and door surrounds as well as fountains, pools, spas and decorative murals. The only limits are the imagination. Whether I work from your idea or my own, a unique architectural installation will be the outcome.
Commission prices are based on the particulars and dimensions of the project. On acceptance, a design fee of 20% of the estimate is required to initiate the project. A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The balance, less the design fee, is due on completion. We strive to cultivate a strong bond of communication and support so that our projects come to life within budget, on schedule and with a seamless feel. Delivery, depending on the scope of the commission and studio calendar, can be expected in approximately 6-16 weeks. Installation can be quoted on a per job basis. Should we attend the installation, transportation and per diem expenses are applied.
Shipping costs are additional. All tiles and murals are made from Stoneware clay bodies and may be applied permanently or mounted on a substructure. Each piece is vitreous and impervious to weather.
